Green spotted Puffer fish

Question
Hi, I was at Walmart yesterday and found these cute little green spotted bug eyed fish. After looking closer at the tank I noticed that it had about 7 dead GSP in the tank. I Imediatly found a walmart person and had them pull me 2 of the GSP so they dont fall to the same fate as the rest of there friends. Well, After doing much research I know have snails in my aquarium. I bought some frozen foods. I wil be converting the tank to brackish sometime next week. Here is my problem. The one GSP has cloudy eyes and what appears to be a small blue spec. He swims around ok but I am concerned about the cloudy eyes and the blue spec. Any Ideas. BTW My aquarium has been setup for about 6 years with guppies and a 7 inch placostamis >SP<. They dont seem to mind the water too much and I know I need to get it brackish. Ummm anything you could tell me would be of great help for my rescue mission!

Answer
Ok it sounds like you have a case of cloudy eye (fungus) i would treat it with "Jungles Fungus Clear". Also for both of the Green Spotted PufferFish they need they own 45 gallon brackish water tank because they grow 6 inches each. Also the new fish you have don't need brackish water because almost all petstores in the U.S. keep them in freshwater i would keep them in the freshwater because brackish water is harder to maintain.
