Diseased Kuhli Loach?

Hi, I just noticed that 1 of my Kuhli Loaches was floating and trying to swim at the same time, I've kept Kuhli Loaches for a long time and I know about their strange behaviors but I don't think this is possible for them to
do this. He has to sit under one of my fake plants to keep him from floating so he could rest. Do you think this is just a strange behavior or a disease? I did some research and I think it might be Swim Bladder Disease but I don't know. If it is that do you know of any cure?

could very well be the swim bladder thing, in which case there is no cure. Sometimes heat may help but that is a shot in the dark but at least its something.
