Freshwater mollie

I Hae a big bellied white mollie that has developed large black spots on his body and fins( tail has alot) he almost looks like a dalmation! He seems healthy enough but i cant find out if this is normal. He lives with a red mollie that has a black tail and fin. Any ideas?

Sounds like a color change that is very common with fish that are growing and developing. He sounds to me like a Dalmation Molly. Here are some pictures-

I don't think there is anything wrong. Its fun to see fish change so much and it must mean they are getting good care to start new color development!
