white spots on the fishs fins and tails

there are white spots on the vody of the fishes due to which tails and fins and tails are getting broken or decayed and fishes are dieing.
Please suggest what is to be done to save the fishes.

hey vinay  mishra!
seems like you have a combination of ich (the white spots) and fin rot( the decay of fins) this can be fixed with some ich treatment from the pet store and fin rot treatment also found at your pet store.
aquarium salt does wonders also but not to be used with live plants in the tank. do a 20-30% water change when using the  aquarium salt and remember to remove the carbon after curing any type of fish disease so that it dosen't come flowing back when you put in the old carbon.
