my beta fish is dying???

Hello!
My beta fish has been turning sideways.  He can not stay straight like a normal
fish.  He just turn sideways and stays there.  Does this mean he dying???  :-(

Hi Renee,
 It doesn't sound good.  When a fish can no longer maintain itself upright that usually means that it has some sort of problem with its swim bladder.  I don't know of any way to fix that.  Sorry.
