Koi upside down

Question
I want to know if my koi fish is going to die.
He is still breathing, but is at the surface and belly up.
I think he was bitten by my red ear slider turtle in the pond so I quarenteened him, put medicine in and an airator.  This morning he seemed fine, even eating.  Tonight he is belly up.

Koi can be fairly sensitive. If they are stessed, and exposed to rapid water quality changes, it causes them to die nearly unexplainably. If he was bitten, i'd have to venture to say he wont survive the week. If he's just got air bubbles in him, feed him sinking foods for a few days and see if things get better. Occationally, surface feeding fish like goldfish, and carp will trap air bubbles in their stomach and cause them to float. If a vitamin packed diet of sinking food doesnt help, odds are at this point, not much will. Sorry :(
