females?

how can you tell the difference between the males and the females? i have may different kinds of cichlids, but I dont know what's what.

Hi Travis,
 That depends entirely on which kinds of cichlids you have. For some species, the males and females look completely different (e.g., a male might be blue and a female might be silver). In other species, the two sexes look identical.  

 Which kind of cichlids do you have?
