sick gold fish

i have a gold fish & 2 blacktail of about 6 cm in length in  1.3 mtr by 1/2 mtr tank of water.lately i noticed they were not freely moving around.they have red gills and red on their tails.what should i do.

You didn't give me much information to go on, but it sounds like it could be a water quality problem. Change 25% of the water and have it tested for the following toxins; Ammonia (NH3), Nitrite (NO2), and Nitrate (NO3). If any of these are elevated, make more partial water changes.

If these toxins are not elevated, they may have a bacterial infection or parasitic infection that needs treatment. Take a look at what your local fish store has for the symptoms.
