pink convicts

Question
the base of the fins of a couple of my pink convicts are turning reddish orange, does that mean they are sick or have some type of disease? If so, should I take them out of the aquarium or medicate them. I have a 60 gallon with 5 pink convicts, 2 red devils, 3 unkonwn, 2 rosy barbs and about 10-15 fry and 2chinese algae eaters.

  Hmm... does it look like you are seeing blood vessels and are the fins stiff looking or tattered?  If so, then the fish is being beaten up pretty badly and you need to do something about that immediately, i.e., remove them or the aggressor ASAP.
