Cicilids

Question
I have 3 Cicilids in my fish tank and on one of them the face looks like it's getting flaky and starting to peel, and it's losing it's color off and on. What is happening and is it going to affect the other 2?

What sort of cichlids are they?
how big is your tank?
What are the water stats (ie pH, nitrite, ammonia)

Overfeeding is often a cause for skin irritations. Look out for small white spots around the fin area, as that signifies white-spot (or ich), which needs to be treated quickly.
Try feeding bloodworms twice a week to keep the colour of the fish vibrant.
