Brackish Decor

Hi, I am about to set up a 29 gal. brackish tank and I wanted to use texas holey rock to decorate it. I have never seen or heard of anyone using texas holey rock in brackish water so I wanted to ask if it was ok. I know it may make water harder over time, but because brackish water is already hard, shouldn't it be alright? Thanks

Hi R,
 I cannot say for sure but I don't see a problem.  Also, you can reduce any such problems by doing regular weekly partial water changes of about 25% of the water (which I strongly recommend for any aquarium).
