green severum problem-please help

Hello,
I have had green severum for past 3 years. He always stayed very healthy and I was succesful to breed him with my golden severum.
About 7 months ago I noticed a white cyst on his fin which would open from time to time. Then yesteday I noticed that his cyct was gone but his one chick was swallen to the point he couln't not close his mouth.color is same -skin looks normal. I don't know if the cyst is conected with his swallen chic r they are two separate issues. I have a large aquarium over 125 gallons and have planty of fish there. Nobody ever got sick in there. Even know all fish seem just fine. My green severum is also acting quite normal in spite of his swelling. I am not sure if he will eat tonight. Can you help me -find out what may be happening to him

Hi Slawa,
  I suspect the two things are entirely unrelated.   The swollen cheek could be the result of many different things: it could be a disease or it could be the result of fighting.
