Sick Guppy

Question
I have a male flamingo guppy that is sick. He is in my 25 gallon fish tank that currently is medicated with half dose Jungle brand "Ick Clear" and half dose Jungle brand "Fungus Clear". The guppy looks really bloated and with red sores all over him. He just lies on the gravel and doesn't even come up for food anymore. I just got him at the store 10 days ago. And at about the same time he got sick, my only 2 female swordtails have also gotten really lazy but not bloated. The only things different about my tank right now are 3 more guppies and one more plastic ornament.
So here are my questions:

1. What is wrong with the guppy?
2. Do my swordtails have the same disease?
3. How do I treat it?
4. Does it have anything to do with the new fish or ornament?
5. Is it contagious?

Thank You

Answer
Hi Sumedhaa,
It is pretty difficult for me to say exactly what is wrong with your guppy or your swordtail, but I strongly suggest you remove the guppy from the tank, because it COULD be contagious.
I also strongly suspect that there is nothing you can do for the guppy at this point.  I doubt
if it has anything to do with the ornament but easily could have been brought in on one of the new fish.
