elephant nose fish

Question
I have 4 elephant nose fish in a 40 gallon tank.They're all about 2" long.Trouble is, one will not stop dogging the other 3 and I think that they're not getting enough to eat with this bigger one's bullying.He also totally monopolises the 'bell' that's in the tank -chases others away.
Any suggestion?

Hi Mags,
You need to put a lot more structure in the tank. For instance, if you are going to have four elephant noses in the tank, you need AT LEAST four "bells", one for each. You cannot expect them to share one.
