My sick Oscar

For the past 2 weeks I have noticed that my Oscar has been getting open wounds on his body, it's to the point now that he is bleeding. I don't know what to do or what may have caused this outbreak. It's as if he's decaying of some kind, please do you have any suggestions on what I can do to save him

Hi Matt,
 Are there other fish in the tank?  (Biting by other fish is the most likely cause).

 Have you been doing regular weekly partial water changes?  You should be changing 25% of the water once a week, every week, to keep your fish happy and healthy.
