Orange parrot fish turned pale

I have 5 orange parrot fish. Recently one of the fish has gone very pale but apart from that it seems ok. The water temperature is 78 degrees. Do I need to increase this?

Hi Pat,
  78 is perfectly fine for them.   Parrot cichlids do a lot of color change depending on their mood.  Is it possible that the gray one is being picked on by one of the others?
