sick fish??

Hi i have a asortment of cichlids. I came home from 2 days of camping to find on of them laying on its side at the bottom of the tank. It looks like it has been attacked( missing scin and fins on the back) she is still alive but not looking very well at all. I also have a small oscar in the tank and he has took on a mirky brown color insted of black and orange. Do you have any idea what is wrong or anything??? would really appreciate any help you could give me...

Hi Ken,
 AS you suggest, it sounds like they had a big fight in your tank.  You need to isolate the injured fish to give it a chance to recover. It might also be a good idea to do a 25% water change as well.
