i want to know that since few days my turtle not eating food properly.. is it ill? is it due to the winter season?

 Unfortunately you have not given me enough information to answer the question. Please give me the following:

1.What kind of turtle is it?
2.What kind of tank is he in?
3.Is he the only thing in the tank or do you have any fish in the tank.
4.If he has has fish mates, what kind of fish are they?
5.What do you feed him?
6.By properly, what do you mean? How does he normally eat and what is he doing now?

The more information you give me the better I can help you. As soon as you give me the information I need the sooner I can try and help you help your turtle.
