Flower Horn is Critical

Dear Sir,

I have a 6 inch female Red Dragon Flower Horn. she is alone in 40 Gallon Tank with canister filter. Since last 25 Days she is suffering from some disease. her Long finnage end looks like it is bitten up. she is not able to swim properly, she is not eating any kind of food,

Please let me know what is the kind of disease it is & how i can cure it.

Hi Hunaid,
 Have you been doing regular weekly water changes?  You need to change 25% of the water once a week, every week, to keep your fish healthy.
