Is my betta fish pegnant?

My female beta fish has been acting strange lately it won't move its not dead its only staying and hanging out in the bottom it only comes if i shake the tanks lid and it spits out its food should i ask a vet?

How often are you changing out the water? Do a water change right away, always use tap water conditioner, and try to keep the water as close to the same temperature as the old water as you possibly can, since sudden changes in temp can shock a fish.
Cut back on how much you are feeding it, and be sure to change out the water at least once or twice a week. Once a week will be fine if he is in a one gallon or larger, anything smaller needs to be done twice a week.
