Something weird in my tank

Question
I have a 10 gallon freshwater tank with a frog(not sure of the type, I think it's a basic freshwater one it is very small) and a catfish(white, also small).  When I came home today I found what look like little eggs attached to one of the plants in the tank(fake) and one side of the tank.The frog has one attached to his upper right webbing.  What is this stuff? Should I be concerned?

Answer
Hi Rosemarie;

If they are clear and jelly-like they probably are eggs. Hard to say which one of your critters laid them though. Since there isn't a male to fertilize them they will just rot or be eaten by the frog. It is best to net them out so they don't pollute the tank.

Followups welcome
