Picture 2 My Flowerhorn is sick and I have no idea whats wrong with it. Hoping that you can provide me some answers.

Hi Daniel,
Oh dear, that looks like some sort of intestinal blockage. Is he still eating? Have you tried feeding him thawed frozen peas? That sometimes helps move stuff along. The other thing I have heard, but never tried myself, is the use of epsom salts. You might search the internet to see what people say about that.
