I May Have a Pregnant Fish

I think I may have a pregnant fish in my fish tank. All of a sudden, its stomach swelled up recently. I don't know if it is really pregneant. Does it sound like it is? If you think it is, what should I do?

Please respond quickly for I need to know what to do!

Hi Stephanie,
I need more information on like what kind of fish this is if you know its a female etc. It could be dropsy though. There is medicine for this at your local pet store they will give you. Please get back to me so I can help you.
