My oscar fish is sick

hi my oscar fish is sick he dosen't want to eat hes just in the bottom of the tank and he has a poped eye what can i do please help.

Carlos,                                                                Go get some Maracyn. It is great for pop eye. Dose you tank for the 7 days than a 25% water change. Take your carbon out of your filter while you are medicating.New carbon with your water change. Make sure you are not feeding him just fish and you a supplementing his diet with cichlid pellets. You should also be feeding him some veggies, like peas and cucumber. Good Luck,Tina
