lol ok ive asked to many follow ups :P so i just want to be sure so his tail probibly has been bitten off? and if so how can i heal him?

Hi Breaden,
Keep your water very clean by doing water changes of 25% every week, and add one teaspoon of diluted aquarium salt to 5 gallons of water in your tank.  Make sure you have no ammonia, or nitrites in your water.  If you see that the tail is getting fungus or fin and tail rot, you will have to treat with Maracyn-2 or Tetracycline.  (You will notice that his tail will become fuzzy, like cottony, then you must treat with medication)  The tail does grow back, but it will take a little time.  Try to see what fish did this to him, and watch that he does not get attacked again.  I would also add coppersafe to the tank for 30 days as a prevention.  Sick fish often get parasites, so I would use coppersafe.  This will not harm your other fish, and will prevent parasites.  It should also help his tail from getting bacteria.  Follow the directions on the bottle. (Maracyn-2, and coppersafe can be used together)
