QuestionI HAVE A BLUE OSCAR WHO, STARTED HAVING SWIMMING PROBLEMS..THIRD DAY..NO SIGNS OF ICK OR ANY OTHER OSCAR DISEASE BUT SITS AT BOTTOM OF TANK, STOPPED EATING,SLAMS AGAINST THE TANK IN BURSTS AND SWIMS UPSIDE DOWN A LOT..I DO NOT WANT HIM TO DIE. WATER IS PERFECT CONDITION..TREATED WITH EVERYTHING POSSIBLE...HELP PLEASE
AnswerHi Angelika,
The fact that he is swimming erratically suggests that the water is not perfect. I don't understand "treated with everything possible". Treating with many medications is a very bad idea and can make things really bad.
How often are you doing water changes? You should be changing 25% of the water once a week, every week. Have you been doing that?
