sick suckerfish

i have a suckerfish thats been doing great and now all of a sudden hes not doing so well..i have a 30 gallon tank with 3 grown goldfish.and my sucker..last 2 days he has not been well..he is breathing laying on side or back..my other fish are leaving it alone..not bothering it!!..water temp is 73_75..only thing i see having caused this is the fact that i ran out of goldfish food and crushed up some shrimp pellets hoping to type the fish over till next morning when i could get to pet shop..sucker not doing good since..whats this about drift wood???and should i put my sucker in separate tank..i dont want it to die...plz help

What type of suckerfish?

It sounds like he got sick or bloated from the food. Try feeding him shelled, peeled, and raw thawed peas. This helps clear out the intestinal tract.

I don't understand what you are asking about driftwood, could you please rephrase it?
