Green Barbs

Question
Hi, i have 2 green barbs and one keeps swimming down to the bottom of the tank flickering its fins really fast, then will smim back up normal. Please can you help ??

Hi Julia,
 This isn't particularly odd for a barb.  

 Does it rub itself on the bottom?  Sort of like it was trying to scrape something off quickly?
