Sinking Black Angelfish

Question
We have a 20 gallon tank that did not have a water change when it should have. The water was changed last week. There are two angels (one orange, one black) and another small fish.  (My husband would know type, but I don't.)  The black angel (largest fish in tank) has been lying on its side on the gravel for about 3 weeks.  If touched or glass tapped, it will swim to top briefly and then sink to bottom.  We treated the tank with Quick Cure for 3 days only. No treatment today since today is the 4th day.  The first day we treated with Quick Cure we also put in aquarium salt.  Since the first day we put in Quick Cure, it will grab a few fish flakes at surface after swimming briefly at top before sinking.

Answer
Hi Frieda,
Unfortunately I do not think that Quick Cure or salt is going to do anything.  Your best bet is to do lots of water changes over  the next few days.  I strongly recommend that you change 25% of the water and then do the same thing for the next two days.
