platy with platy

Question
I have a platy. The tank is about 1 gallon tank. He is a male. Will a female platy fit in my tank with my other male platy? Then it could have babies.

Hello,
Platys or any other fish should not be put into one gallon tanks.  This is cruel.  The only size tank that you can put Platys in, is a 10 gallon tank, and up.  One male to three females is the best way to go when you have a decent size tank.  Males will harass the female if she is kept alone with one male, and she will die.   Keeping fish in one gallon tank, is very unhealthy for them.  They die, and if by some miracle a female would have fry, they would not survive.
