Betta Fish problemo

Hello!
We have had a Betta fish, named Nunu, for about a month and a half now and everything seemed to be doing great.  We have a big bowl with some bamboo in it and we clean it every two weeks.  But suddenly we now have noticed that all of his fins, exept for those two front fins nearest to his head, seems as if they are sticking together.  He's swimming weakly and looks like he's struggling.  He was never like this before... His fins were more spread out.  We have looked all over the  internet and haven't found a single thing about this.  Hopefully you can help.

What kind sticking of the fins do you mean? Are they Folding over in a way that they look like they are just a sliver or are all the fins on the body Sticking together to make one big fin?
