Tiger Oscar chilid

Question
I have a tiger Oscar chilid that has 2 bottom fins both damaged by a very aggressive sicklet. I have gotten rid of the aggressive sicklet and now just have the Oscar and a plecostomus in my tank. But my Oscar is still extremely stressed most of the time. My question to you is: will my oscar's fins grow back? Also, will he be stressed for much of his life now? Its been on his own in my big tank for at least a month now but he does not seem to be improved.

Hi Justin,
 The fins MIGHT grow back. It depends on how extensive the damage was. If just the frilly material of the fin was damaged, that grows back relatively quickly and easily.  If the actual hard parts (the spines) were damaged, they might not grow back ever.  

 BTW, an oscar is a type of cichlid as well.
