Fhorn Disease?

Hello there!
I have a f.horn (female) who is very active and eating however, on both sides there appear to be small little sores, almost like warts or mini-blisters? They don't quite look like scales lifting but she has been rubbing herself against the rocks in the aquarium. We've been treating with Aquari-Sol and feed her a mixture of bloodworms and shrimp (she won't eat pellets!). Any ideas on what it could be?

Hi Manj,
  Are there any other fish in the tank that might be attacking your fish?

  Are you doing regular, partial water changes?  You should be changing 20% of the water once a week, every week, to keep your fish healthy.
