popeye oscars

I have a couple of Osacars in a 55 gal tank right now they have popeye I believe (their eyes are bugged out) I just did a water change but I'm not sure if they need medicine or what to do next.

Hi Karie,
  There are medicines that claim to cure popeye, but sadly I have never had much luck with them.

   It is important to do regular partial water changes. With oscars, you should be changing 25% of the water once a week, every week, to keep them healthy.
