Question
My apartment complex is supposedly going to be reblacktopping the parking lot this month.  They haven't told us when yet, but I am VERY concerned about my cockatiel.  She is an indoor bird, and I am worried about her getting the fumes.  If I leave everything shut tight, the air conditioner on (I am in Arizona, it has to be on) and a fan running, will she be okay? Or should I remove her for the day?

I would contact you local vet for help in deciding this. She might be ok, but I always say that it is better to be safe than sorry.
