I have a pet parakeet about 6 years old  i know he is dying he is in the bottom of the cage .Is there any thing I can do

I'm very sorry to hear about your parakeet :( Try to make him as comfortable as possible, give him a comfy bed if he can't perch and make sure he can get to his food and water. Try not to bother him too much though if he is easily stressed out.
