Breeding my shetland

hi Georgie, i have recently bought a shetland and i believe she is 18 - 19, the previous owners dont think that she has ever had a foal and i would like to breed from her.  is that possible seeing as she is so old and has not had a foal to my knowledge

if I were in your shoes I wouldnt risk it. But if you really want to breed her then your going to want a vet to be watching her because since it would be her first baby and shes 18 years old there might be a risk. You might want to check into that with your vet. I hope this helps and good luck!
