Question
I am interested in finding out what percentage of crabbet my horse has in her bloodline.  I know some of her line is Polish but do not know much else.  I do have her mother's and father's pedigree.  I am interested in trying to register her with the Crabbet Association but they say you must have her researched first by an expert to find out what percentage of crabbet she has, if any.  Do you have any recommendations as to who I would need talk to about getting this done?

Answer
Hello Christie, sorry for the delay in my response.  We had a storm and then power failure.  If you will go to yahoogroups.com and then search for the CAT group, Crabbet Alliance of Texas and post your question with the names of your horse's sire and dam I believe Maria can give you the percentages of Crabbet horses that are in the pedigree.  Be prepared to have additional information such as reg. numbers of your horse and the parents as well.
