Sulcata totoises

Question
I recently got 3 Sulcatas, they are less than 6 inches
and appear very healthy. They eat everything I give them.
Mostly the outer leaves of romaine, corn, hibiscus flowers, and I supplement
with a calcium powder. I am concerned because on several
occasions, I've seen them eating their own poop, it can't be
that I'm not feeding them enough. The pet shop clerk said it
is likely that this means that they have worms or a parasite.
I would like a second opinion before I take a stool sample to
the Vet. Thank you for your help. Please reply to

Sulcata tortoises tend to eat feces as part of their behavior (for whatever reason). So this does not indicate anything wrong, however I would still get a stool sample tested to ensure that there are not any worms or other parasites. If they are clean, don't worry much about it, if they have parasites, you will need to control the situation.
