Question
I just moved my corn snake into a 30 gallon reptile tank. Will he be ok in such a big tank . He has three different hides.I don't want him to get stressed. What should humidity be 60/70% ? Is 55% ok? Thank You !!!!

Answer
The more hides the better! You may find that you hardly ever see him because he feels insecure in such a big tank, but its up to you really. Personally I keep them in small enclosures for as long as possible as they feel more secure. But each snake is different so if your snake seems ok in the tank then its up to you! I wouldnt worry too much about humidity, as long as you mist the tank twice daily when your snake is shedding and it has a humid hide, temperature is much more important, corns arent a snake that require an exact level of humidity but like all snakes temp has to be just right. Good luck!
