Bearded dragon, smelly poo

My beardie, Beauty, is about 6mo old and she has a runny, slightly smelly pop. I've heard rumors about this bieng bad, but she has an amazing apatite and is in no way lethargic. I live in Alaska so a vet is somewhat out of the question, we don't have any hero vets in my area and it would cost alot of money that I don't have to have it shipped to one, can u help please?

How long have her stools been a little runny & smelly?  It can indicate parasites & or worms yes.  
Can you get a fecal done, at a regular vets?  Even though you have a dragon, most vets can perform a basic fecal on any animal & give you results.

What types of food do you fee her?  What are the temperatures in the tank?
