Making a cave

Hi, I was just recently thinking about making a hiding cave for my adult bearded dragon, and I was just wondering what materials would be acceptable to use. I was thinking about making it out of clay so far.

There is a relatively new reptile product in the market called Excavator Clay

I am not sure of it's safety as I have never used it or if it will be able to be used for what you have in mind
