Can a leopard gecko and a russian tortoise co-habitat?

Hi As, Tortoises are really poor choices for mixed enclosures, especially with anything else that is forced to live on the ground with them. Tortoises produces alot of waste and any other ground dweller would then be heavily exposed to the bacteria and other organisms in that waste. They are also quite heavy for their size and tend to act like little bulldozers which would expose a leo to potential injury. It is not a combination I would recommend.
