BRIGHT green lizard in Boca Raton

Hi - I saw this AMAZINGLY bright green lizard at my office in Boca Raton FL.  Its body was about 8 inches long, and its tail another 8-10 inches.  It's head looked like a baby alligator, but its body looked like an anole.  It's eyes had that bug-eyed look like those Budwiser ad lizards.  What was this?

Frankly, in Florida it could literally be anything.  First you have the largest variety of anoles on the planet, plus so many escaped reptilian pets can survive and thrive there. You could be describing a baby iguana, a chinese water dragon, and about five species of garden lizard.
