water dragon passing blood

a lady called me this morning concerned because she thinks her water dragon is passing blood she said it is losing weight... I told her she should probably see a vet for this but we have none in this area who treat or are familiar with reptiles.... your thoughts?

 First either call a local vet for a referral to the nearest reptile specialist, or go to www.arav.org and go to the directory, there is a list of reptile vets by state in the US, and worldwide in case you are not in the US.  Passing blood is a medical emergency and there is no choice other than getting to the nearest vet, even if it's farther than she'd like.
