i have had this leapord geko for about 4 years and its been like this ever since. its eyes seem to be closed all the time and when i rinse his eyes under the water to flush he opens them and there looks like there is white shit in both eyes i think he is not shedding the skin in his eyes the right way i flush his eyes at least 3 times a week what else can i do?it looks like he is blind untill i flush his eyes and he seems to be eating very well but i dont like the way his eyes are always closed.i have a shedding box that i keep moist and he seems to be shedding the rest of his skin properly.please what else can you suggest?

Hello Dean, The possibilities are many with what could be happening.

A veterinarian is the only person who can advise what could be causing and how to prevent it. If you are sure it is shed then talk to a vet and they can help you make a solution for the eyes.

You can also try misting his eyes with a misting spray bottle and warm water.

It could also be a parasitic problem although after four years there would have been other symptoms and problems.

I can give you a few links but a vet should be involved to give you proper identification on the problem and a solution to the problem.
