Possible Sick Leopard Gecko

Question
I have a leopard gecko thats a couple years old that I've only had for a few
months but all of the sudden she's not looking well. She has been laying in
her water constantly and I have noticed signs of unhealthiness such us her
tail shrinking up and small white dots on her (which I don't know if that
might be because she just shedded) and loss of appetite and she seems real
weak. Do you think I need to take her to a vet or is there something I can do?
I'm guessing she might be dehydrated. We did rinse her off for a minute in
the sink. Do you think I should leave the heat lamp on or off? Thanks for your
help!

Answer
Vet. You can't do anything if you don't even know where to start. It is too time costly for the animal for someone to explain to you how to perform anything. She may be impacted or be egg bound, but it's nothing you should try messing with, and she doesn't have the time for it if she is still alive.
