Question
Is there a Medicine which will help lizards not enter my house? We have been facing a lots of problem because of lizards at home.

Answer
No, not really. Lizards in your house means that you have a source of food for them in your home, which usually means bugs, and/or the climate is comfortable inside for them. Perhaps they are looking for water if it is particularly dry where you are, or they are just finding a suitable place to lay their eggs. If you live in the northern hemisphere, then it is mating season right now. These things are usually seasonal, and at some point the lizards should move on by themselves.

The only real way to prevent lizards in your home is to secure the doors, windows, etc. with weather sealant or screen, etc. There will always be a few who will find a way in, but you can reduce their numbers best by securing known cracks and gaps.

You should consider the presence of the lizards in your home a beneficial sign. I know people who ask me to release at their homes the lizards that I rescue from other locations, to control insects around their houses. These methods are safer and often more efficient than poisons for controlling insect pests, and the lizards do a very good job, because they can move about and hunt for where the bugs are. Once the amount of food for them is reduced, or perhaps if you get rain, the lizards will move on to somewhere else.

You may help speed up the process by creating a suitable environment for them outside. Lizards love to frequent gardens and such, and if you provided a watering spot, with perhaps some fruit or vegetables to attract insects ( some distance from your house of course ), this may help to draw the lizards away from inside your home. That is about the best solutions I can offer, as there is really no "medicine" or repellent for keeping away lizards that is very effective, and that is safe also for the lizards. I certainly would urge you not to expose them to chemicals or traps which may harm them. They are much preferred to having insects or other pests around.
