QUESTION: Hey Tracie, Awww. Thanks.  She is doing great! That pic of her heat lamp is
out dated as of today. I had gone to petco and purchased the zilla combo
dome.  It works great! Now in regards to the calcium supplementation how
much, how often? Also I had gone out and bought some calcium earlier
before I received your reply and its phosphorous free but did not realize it
comes with vitamin D. Is there anything wrong with that?

To be quite honest I am not sure what that came from. I just wanted to make
sure that it was not a precursor to MBD. That could be possible. She may
have rubbed off a few scales while shedding. Keep the url I have sent you as I
will be updating it every once in a while with new pics and videos. She seems
to be doing fine. I believe that she is even getting used to me as I had tried to
ick her up in her enclosure. I almost had my hand supporting her before she
darted up my arm and on to the bed. :0) She seems to be fine with the new
carrier I have purchased for her as well. She was just hanging out in it for
awhile today. I greatly appreciate your assistance and will start putting
antibiotic ointment on her scrape tomorrow :D

ANSWER: Hello Jason,

So in the combo dome, you have the basking light & a flourescent tube bulb, the Reptisun 10, right?  
The calcium with D3 is fine.  I would supplement the calcium 3 times per week.  
Great that she is doing well today.  Is she eating good also?
After thinking about it, I am pretty sure that she probably did scrape herself while she was shedding, it happens fairly often.

doing that. Thank you and yes she is.  I agree, it was a scrape because shortly
after getting one of your follow ups the next day it was gone. :D  Thanks for

ANSWER: Hello Jason,

Ok, so you are using the Reptisun 5 tube bulb?  That one is ok, but just make sure you change it out every 5 or so months for maximal UVB exposure.  Maybe next time you buy one you can upgrade to the Reptisun 10 tube bulb.  They are much stronger.
Wow, so the scrape is healing up then?  That is awesome.  I am glad that she is doing better now. :-))

QUESTION: Yes Reptisun 5 tube bulb. It came with the combo dome that I had to buy
after I found her old light fixture had a short in it. I will and most likely will
get the 10 next time.

Yeah it is healing great! Also things are going so well that the other day I was
able to pick her up out of her enclosure without her darting around the cage..

GREAT, the tube will be fine.  I am happy you are not using a compact or coil they are horrible.  
I am happy that she is getting her spunk back now, & is feeling well too.  So she was darting around her tank huh?  Awesome!  :-))
