bearded dragon has white patches on throat and weird scale cluster nose thing

There seems to be some weird scale clusters and discolored white clusters on my bearded dragons beard and head. he has some irregular patterning on the top of his head near his eye. and, it seems like he hasn't fully molted on his nose, there still seems to be scales attached to his nose and I don't think he can get it off. So some of the scales look like raisins. what do you think is happening and how might i treat it? thank you very much

Well, it sounds as if he didn't shed all the way.  I would try soaking him in lukewarm water for about twenty minutes or so and then put him back into his enclosure as this will usually free up the stuck scales.  If you need further help just email me again and we can work through this.  I wouldn't be too concerned as of yet.
